Billy J. Antle, 81, of the Glensfork community, passed away Monday, Nov. 7, 2016 at Kindred Hospital in Louisville.
He was the son of the late Roscoe and Velonia Reece Antle and was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Jean Anderson Antle on Oct. 2, 2012; and by one sister, Alice McClendon.
He is survived by one son, Daymond (Gloria) Antle of Columbia; two daughters, Vickie (Charles A.) Ware of Stanwood, Wash., and Deborah (Ed) Dietrich of Cincinnati, Ohio; four grandchildren, Jeremy Wiseman, Nicole Burgess, Catherine Lynn and Tiffany Burkhead; and by two great grandchildren, Landon Burgess and Kelsey Rose Burgess.
He had been an accountant for CSX Railroad in Louisville and served his country in the United States Army.
Funeral service is Friday, Nov. 11 at 1 p.m. at Stotts-Phelps-Mcqueary Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Burns officiating with interment in Reagan Cemetery at Glensfork with full military honors presented by VFW Post 6097.
Pallbearers were Daymond Antle, Charles Ware, Ed Dietrich, Nathanael Lynn, Andrew Burgess and Mike Collins.
