Bobbie Sizemore Keltner, 76, of Columbia, passed away Sunday, Feb. 26, 2012 at the Medical Center of Bowling Green after several years illness.

She was born on Sept. 22, 1935 in Big Creek in Clay County.

She was the daughter of the late Ted and Alpha Herd Sizemore.

Mrs. Keltner was a 1957 graduate of Good Samaritan Hospital Nursing Program, a retired registered nurse licensed in Kentucky and Ohio, a former health science teacher at Russell County Vocational School, a co-owner of K & F Kentucky Food Store for 24 years, was a member of Columbia United Methodist Church, and was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, George T. Keltner of Columbia; two daughters, Leslie Keltner of Columbia and Alissa Barnes and her husband Bob of Columbia; one brother, Ted “Bear” Sizemore of Richmond; five grandchildren, Elise Murrell, Charlotte Murrell, Thomas Murrell, Payton Barnes and Logan Barnes, all of Columbia.

She is also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, friends and relatives.

She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Keltner in 2008 and by a stillborn daughter, Lisa Carol Keltner; and by one brother, Melvin Sizemore.

Funeral service was Wednesday, Feb. 29 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Rev. Neil Janes and Rev. Richard Lowe officiating with interment in Haven Hill Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Steve Frazier, David Keltner, Steve Keltner, Kevin Sizemore, Marty Sizemore and Donnie Weitkamp.
