Macie Ray Drake, 15, of Columbia, died as a result of an ATV accident Friday, Oct. 28, 2016 in the Pellyton community.
She was born on May 11, 2001 in Campbellsville.
She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, R.D. and Bernadine Pyles Drake.
She is survived by her father, Darrell Drake of Pellyton; her mother Tammy Ellen Rodgers Taylor and husband Steve of Liberty; two brothers, Ben Drake of Campbellsville and Marcus Watson of Liberty; maternal grandparents, Jackie and Margaret Scott Rodgers of Liberty; and her maternal great-grandfather, Vitus Rodgers of Liberty.
A host of aunts, uncles, relatives and friends also survive.
She was a sophomore at Adair County High School and enjoyed being surrounded by her friends and family. She attended Southside Christian Church and Brush Creek Pentecostal Church.
Funeral service was Wednesday, Nov. 2 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Dave Detty officiating with interment in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Pallbearers were David Rodgers, Ben Drake, Marcus Watson, Triston Hatter, Allan Craig and Colton Taylor.
