Barbara Marie Smith, 76, of Liberty, passed away Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Summit Manor Nursing Home in Columbia. She was born in Midland, Michigan on February 5, 1947 to the late Arthur and Teresa Wilke Braley. She was also preceded in death by her son Daniel Smith.
Mrs. Smith was a member of Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and enjoyed animals and spending time with her family and friends.
Survivors include three children, Scott Smith, Brandy Denson and Amy Smith; three grandchildren, Bridgett Denson, Caleb Potter and Charly Drining (Louis); and several brothers.
Mrs. Smith chose cremation, and no services are scheduled at this time.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
