Frederick Lawrence ‘Fred’ Bohman, 61, of Columbia, died Friday, December 15, 2023 from injuries sustained in an auto accident in Piqua, Ohio. He was born in Ohio on October 28, 1962to the late Maurice and Olivia Evers Bohman. He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Lorys and James Bohman.
Mr. Bohman attended 3trees Church and was an avid Cleveland Browns football fan. He enjoyed farming, caring for his animals and spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his wife Kelly Curry-Bohman of Columbia; two stepsons, Nick Curry (Cassy) and Tyler Curry both of Columbia; two grandsons, River and Jonah Curry; three brothers, Vernon Bohman (Mary Ann), Kenneth Bohman (Diana) and Edward Bohman (Darlene) all of Ohio; two sisters-in-law, Barbara Bohman and Beatriss Bohman, both of Ohio; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 20, 2023 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Jordan Burton officiating and burial in the Bearwallow Cemetery.
Pallbearers were family and friends.
