Marsha Hixson’s 2nd grade class wrote their memories on the walls of Col. Wm. Casey.

The Adair County Primary Center will open its doors in the fall while Col. Wm. Casey and John Adair Intermediate School will be demolished. The schools have been around for several decades and lots of memories were made there.

Braeden Coomer wrote his goodbyes on the walls at Col. Wm. Casey. He is the son of Chris and Tiffany Coomer. His grandmother, Cynthia Coomer was the librarian at Col. Wm. Casey for many years before her retirement.
Cy Yarberry added his twist to writing on the walls at Col. Wm. Casey. He is the son of Kevin and Mindy Yarberry. Kevin and Mindy also attended Col. Wm. Casey in the 1980’s.
Skylar Flippo, Michael Carroll, Cady Taylor, Kalli Bailey, and Jonathan Feese sign the walls at Col. Wm. Casey on the last day of school.
