- Amend resolutions that removed TJ signatories from District bank accounts in order to correct omission of an administrator’s name.
- Executive Session: KRS 61.810(1)(C) – Discussions of proposed or pending litigation against or on behalf of the District regarding the Chapter 9 bankruptcy.
