Columbia, Ky. (December 8, 2016) – 26-year-old William Goble, of Edmonton, was arrested today at 2:41 AM CST and charged with Assault 1st degree following a shooting incident that occurred on Dean Woods Road in Adair County. 25-year-old James Suver, of Columbia, had sustained a single gunshot wound to the leg during an altercation, with Goble, that occurred at approximately 10:50 PM CST on Wednesday, December 7, 2016.
Suver was transported to TJ Health Hospital in Columbia for treatment of his injuries. Goble was lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail. Tpr. Bo Hensley is investigating and was assisted by the Metcalfe County EMS, Sheriff’s Department and Edmonton Police Department.
