The Adair County Service Unit of The Salvation Army will once again be providing the Angel Tree Christmas assistance program for our community. This program provides Christmas gifts to qualifying Adair County children ages six months to 15 years.
Due to COVID 19, applications for assistance will only be available in a digital format.

Meet income requirements
Have children ages 6 months to 15 years old
Important information: Please read the entire application. THIS PROGRAM IS NOT INTENDED TO PROVIDE EVERYTHING YOUR CHILD(REN) WANT. Our goal is to provide essential items such as clothing and a few wish list items that are listed.
Application must be completed by Nov.6. Applications WILL NOT be accepted after this date.
APPLICATION MUST BE COMPLETED BY PERSON THAT HAS LEGAL CUSTODY OF CHILDREN. Multiple applications for the same child will not be accepted.
A committee member will contact you to review application and discuss more income verification if needed. You must provide a working phone number or your application will not be processed.
If approved, you will be contacted with a gift pick-up time. Gift distribution will be Dec. 18 at Trinity Family Life Center, located on Campbellsville Road. This will be drive-thru only, and you will not be permitted to get out of your car due to COVID precautions.
