Austin Brice Cook, infant son of Benjamin and Dana Cook, of Madisonville, died April 30, 2017 at Baptist Health in Madisonville.
In addition to his parents, survivers include his maternal grandparents, Joseph and Louvada Funkhouser; paternal grandparents, William L. Cook, Jr. of Knifley and Marsha Collins of Columbia; great grandmothers, Sallie Cook of Knifley and Edra Nell Collins of Columbia; aunts, Sierra and Jessi Funkhouser, Danielle Cook, Julie Slemin and Ashley Puckett; and by his uncles, Joseph Gauge Funkhouser, Eric Joseph Puckett, Christopher Harvey and William “Lee” Cook, III.
Funeral service was Wednesday, May 3 at Barnett-Strother Funeral Home in Madisonville with burial in Baker Cemetery in Princeton.
