Betty Madonna, 87, of the Chance community, passed away Sunday, April 16, 2017 at Taylor Regional Hospital in Campbellsville after an illness.
She was born on Sept. 18, 1929 in Coatesville, Pa., and was the daughter of the late George and Ceclia Harkins Rees of Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Madonna is survived by her husband, Albert George Madonna of Columbia; one daughter, Kathy Jo Brown of Sarasota, Fla.; one son, Alan Lee Madonna of Oxford, Pa.; four grandchildren, including Christy Warrington and her husband JK of Columbia, and by four great grandchildren, including Jamie and Carrie Warrington of Columbia.
Mrs. Madonna was of the Catholic faith and was retried from Pepperidge Farms in Pennsylvania.
Funeral services and burial will take place in Parksburg, Pa.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home was in charge of local funeral arrangements.
