Billy Joe Kimbler, 60, of Russell Springs, died Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Taylor Regional Hospital emergency room in Campbellsville.
He was born on April 8, 1956 in Adair County to the late Joe Landon and Mary Elizabeth Wilkerson Kimbler.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Joyce Conover.
He is survived by one daughter, Ginger (Shawn) Lowery of Haltom City, Texas; two grandchildren, Zain and Kenzi Lowery; four brothers, Ricky (Cindy) Kimbler, Jeff (Teresa) Kimbler and Donnie Kimbler, all of Russell Springs and Earl Kimbler of Columbia; and by four sisters, Sheila (Marion) Murphy, Sharon (Linkey) Kimbler and Judy (Randy) Shanahan, all of Columbia and Lynda York of Russell Springs.
Several other relatives and friends also survive.
Graveside service was held Friday, March 17 at Freedom Cemetery with Bro. Darrell Coffey officiating.
Casket bearers were Ricky Kimbler, Benjie Kimbler, Jeff Kimbler, Shawn Lowery, Zain Lowery, Vince Grider and Linkey Graves.
