Diane Powell, 68, of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
Diane was born on Feb. 27, 1949 in Racine, Wis., and was the daughter of Troy and Ruth Damico Powell.
She is survived by one son, Coy Turner and his wife Toni of Columbia; one daughter, Carrie Morgan of Columbia; two brothers, Terry Powell and Shannon Powell, both of Wisconsin; two sisters, Debra Sheppard of Columbia and Ruth Ann Ricter of Minnesota; six grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, several other family and friends, and by her best friend and dog, Pickles, survives.
Graveside service was Thursday, May 4 at Bearwallow Cemetery with Bro. Davis Franklin officiating.
Pallbearers were Coy Turner, Bret Turner, Jeremy Wade, Kemet Rufus, Dwayne Stotts and Dakota Stotts.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home was in charge of funeral arrangements.
