EDITH ROBERTS, 89 years of Greencastle, Indiana formerly of the Ella Community of Adair County, Kentucky passed away Wednesday, August 2, 2017 at the home of her daughter after a short illness.
She was born October 20, 1927 the daughter of the late: McKinley and Ollie Hardwick Boone, she was reared by her grandparents; Mont and Mary Liz Hardwick
Mrs. Roberts was preceded in death by her husband Edward Newton Robert in 2004 and by a son: John Roberts in 2005
Survived by two daughters: Connie Jetter of Danville, Indiana and Shelia Cash of Greencastle, Indiana
Two sons: Larry Roberts of Bainbridge, Indiana and Ray Roberts of Bainbridge, Indiana
16 grandchildren survive and over 20 great grandchildren
Mrs. Roberts was a member of the New Hope Separate Baptist Church and a homemaker
Funeral service: Tuesday, August 8, at 12:00 P.M at New Hope Separate Baptist Church Clergy officiating Bro. David Coffey
Interment in the New Hope Cemetery
