Flash flooding of low lying areas is expected during the upcoming rain event due to Tropical Storm Cindy.
We can expect 2 to 4 inches of rain with locally higher amounts will be possible today through Saturday morning. The heaviest rain and greatest potential for flash flooding will be Friday.
