Twenty more jobs are now gone and other cuts are being made in the latest effort to bring the hospital district’s expenses in line with revenue.
The hospital district board of directors approved a cost reduction plan Thursday night that should remove a $300,000 monthly gap between revenue and expenses, enough to hopefully balance the budget each month.
