Judith Ann Dunphy, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Saturday, April 21, 2018 at 3:45 P.M. at Summit Manor Nursing Home.
She was born May 23, 1944, in Green Bay, Wisconsin, to the late Raymond and Florence Devroy Ewert. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mark Dunphy on December 12, 2016. She was a member of Good Shepherd Catholic Church.
Survivors include:
One daughter – Gina Collins and husband, Joe of Columbia
Two sons – Daniel Tishar of Columbia and David Tishar of Breeding
Two grandchildren – Miles and Luke Collins
The family has chosen cremation and a private family service will be held later
