David Allen Stephens, 81, of Willwick, Ohio, formerly of Adair County, passed away Tuesday, Jan. 17, 2012 in Ohio.
He was the son of the late Samuel Allen and Lula Keen Stephens of Adair County.
He is survived by his wife, Cathy Stephens; his daughters, Becky of Indianapolis, Ind., Cathy of Louisville and Tabatha of Ohio; his sons, Chris Stephens and Steven Stephens of Ohio; two brothers, Glenn Stephens of Columbia and Frank Stephens of Louisville; three sisters, Wanda Ballou and Dinah Bowen of Columbia and Nona Jeffries of Horse Cave.
His grandchildren, great grandchildren, nephews, nieces and a host of other relatives and friends survive.
He was preceded in death by two sisters and two brothers, Lou Ella Henry, Ernestine Stephens, Walt Stephens and Sam Stephens.
He was retired.
There will be no visitation.
