Odene Pyles, 65, of Knifley, passed away Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 at Westlake Regional Hospital after several weeks illness.
She was born on Oct. 1, 1946 and was the daughter of the late Hershel and Betty Quinn West of Adair County.
She was the widow of Randall Edwin Pyles who preceded her in death on Feb. 19, 2010.
She is survived by one daughter, Randa Meece and her husband Earl of Knifley; four sons, Steve Pyles and his wife Donna of Columbia, Mitchell Pyles and his wife Tamera of Knifley, Nicky Pyles and his wife Ambika of Knifley and Marty Pyles and his wife Jennifer of Knifley; one sister, Imogene Pyles of Columbia; and by one brother, Junior West of Knifley.
She was preceded in death by a daughter, Roxanna Ann Pyles on March 21, 1985.
Mrs. Pyles was a homemaker.
Funeral service was Monday, Feb. 13 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Reb. John Harold Giles and Bro. Edward Brown officiating with interment in Quinn Cemetery at Knifley.
Pallbearers were Jeffrey Caldwell, Jim Hanson, Earl Meece, Russell Mings, Mitchell Pyles and Nicky Pyles.
