The Adair County Adult Education Center, 108 Lindsey Wilson St, is offering an OPEN OPT FRIDAY on March 1, 2013. The OPT is the Official Practice Test for the GED, and students must take and pass the OPT in order to qualify to take the GED test. On Friday, March 1, 2013, the center is offering any person who is interested in taking the GED the opportunity to take the OPT without any class time required.
This test is open to any individual who does not have a High School Diploma or GED. There is no cost for the OPT test. The test will take place at the Columbia/Adair County Chamber of Commerce Basement, 201 Burkesville St. Any individual who passes the OPT will qualify to take the GED test on March 26, 2013.
