Patsy Ann Leslie age 68 years of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday, April 12, 2018 at 11:47 AM at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, KY.
She was born on May 2, 1949 in Hazard County, KY. The loving & caring daughter of the late Jerry & Ellon Adams Fugate.
Preceded in death by one son Jerry Roberts.
Survived by three sons: Danny (Sheryl) Roberts, of Forest, Virginia, Matthew Leslie & Fiancee’ Heather Briton of Forest, Virginia, and William Thompson of Columbia, KY
Daughter-in-law: Carrie Roberts – Garvin of Florida
Three brothers: Casey (Elizabeth) Fugate of Columbia, KY, Jerry (Sara) Fugate, Jr. of Jefferson City, TN, and Cash (Johanna) Fugate of Edmonton, KY
Two Sisters: Deloris (Gene) Chavers of Brewton, AL and Sheena (Fred) Crowder of Lakeland, FL

She was the proprietor of Jeri’s Beauty Salon and lead beautician in Zephyrhills, Florida, proud and loving mom of four sons & 7 grandchildren.
