The 17th annual Adair County Relay for Life event is Friday beginning at 5 p.m. on the public square.
This year’s Relay for Life theme is “Happy Birthday” based on the American Cancer Society’s goal of giving people who have been diagnosed with cancer “more birthdays.”
The event will be held on the public square this year. The Relay for Life committee asks those who attend the event to bring lawn chairs or their choice of seating.
