As we are 1 day from the first ever Kentucky Republican Presidential Caucus I want to encourage all registered Republicans to come out anytime from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. central time this Saturday March 5 at the Adair County High School Gym to vote for your choice for the Republican nomination for president.
This will be the only chance to vote for the Republican nominee for president.
In 2012 Adair County had 732 registered Republicans who voted in the Republican primary for president.
With this being the first caucus in history for Kentucky and Adair County I want urge everyone to join us in making history in our county and have a higher turnout then in 2012.
Ronald Reagan said, “Freedom is never more than one generation away from extinction. We didn’t pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for, protected, and handed on for them to do the same, or one day we will spend our sunset years telling our children and our children’s children what it was once like in the United States where men were free.
So on March 5 exercise your freedom to vote.

P.S. From Shannon: To answer some questions/comments received today, Shannon said the caucus is being held in one location because it is being done on a voluntary basis. Unlike the primary, the caucus is not being held at taxpayers’ expense. There are 3,000 people across Kentucky volunteering to hold the caucus so that Kentuckians can have a voice early leading up to July’s Republican National Convention.
