He was charged with 32 counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking Over $10,000; 4 counts of Theft by Unlawful Taking Less than $10,000 but more than $500 and 36 counts of Misuse of Electronic Information.
From April 28, 2008 through January 14, 2013. while employed at Bruss North America, Robertson made 36 electronic wire transfers from Bruss North America Accounts at Deutsche Bank in New York to a personal account held by him at Montecello Banking Company in Russell Springs, KY. totalling $625,096.41.
