2025 Private Applicator Trainings
Private applicator pesticide trainings for Adair County farmers will be held on Thursday, January 23rd at 6:00 pm and on Friday, January 24th at 10:00 am at the Adair County Cooperative Extension Service. You will only need to attend one of the sessions, as best fits your schedule. The training will provide certification for three years. As a reminder, anyone applying a restricted use pesticide to an agricultural commodity needs to be certified as a private or commercial applicator. Records for both general use and restricted use pesticides applied to a commodity must be maintained by the applicator.
