Danny E. Ard, 63, of Russell Springs passed away Sunday, November 3, 2024 at Russell County Hospital. He was born in Somerset on March 21, 1961, a son of Wanda (Burton) Ard of Somerset and the late Elza Ard.
Danny worked as a logger.
Survivors include his mother, Wanda Ard of Somerset; one daughter, Melissa Ard of Oscala, Fla.; a son, Michael Ard (Kimberly) of Columbia; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.
Danny’s wishes were for care and cremation with no service.
The family request donations to offset funeral expenses and can be made at the funeral home.
H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown was in charge of arrangements.
