Mr. Pike was a member of the Egypt Christian Church and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends, especially his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife Lillie Giles Pike of Columbia; three children, Johnny, Doug and Karen; four grandchildren, Jacob Doss and Adam Doss both of Columbia, Chelsey Treesh of Campbellsville and Katie Evans (Dalen) of Orlando, Florida; and six great-grandchildren.
A private graveside service will be held and there will be no public visitation.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
