Nancy Thomas, age 77, of Russell Springs passed away Monday, February 24 2025 at her residence. She was born on Monday, May 19 1947 in Casey County. She was the daughter of Oma Yaden Richardson and Ernest McKinley Richardson, who both preceded her in death.
Survivors include three daughters, Patricia Short of Liberty, Renita Russell, spouse Phillip, of Russell Springs, and Gayle Nelson, spouse Don, of Sidney, MT; one son, Gregory Thomas of Russell Springs; and one sister, Janice Miano, of Bellview, OH.
She is also survived by nine grandchildren and a host of great grandchildren also survives. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Thomas, two brothers, Lillard and Jack Richardson, three sisters, Lorene Brown, Mary McKimmy and Agnes (Polly) Richardson.
She was a former employee of Liberty Sportswear in Liberty and attended the Rich Hill Christian Church. She enjoyed spending time with her youngest grandson, Kolbi.
A memorial service will be held at a later date at Willow Springs Cemetery.
