Ricky Taylor, 65, of Columbia, died Friday, April 25, 2025 at TJ Health Columbia.
He was born September 2, 1959 in Barren County to the late Alex Richard and Charlene Hancock Taylor. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Donna Mae Doss Taylor and a brother, Jerry Coffey.
Survivors include one son and daughter-in-law, Justin and Amanda Taylor of Olive Branch, Miss.; one daughter and son-in-law, Stephanie and Justin Ford of Lexington; five grandchildren, Taylor and Carter Ford, Tucker Campbell, Cooper, Brooks and Bentleigh Taylor; one sister, Jean Bryant of Columbia; two brothers, Gary Lane of Brodhead and Darren Taylor of Columbia; and several other relatives and friends.
At Ricky’s request, there will be no public visitation or funeral.
