Ronnie Brandenburg, 71, of Knifley, died Sunday, July 28, 2024 at his residence. He was born June 9, 1953 in Dayton, Ohio, a son of the late Burton and Alma Tedder Brandenburg.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Darlene Bray Brandenburg on July 21, 2012; one brother, Kenny Brandenburg; and five sisters, Eillene, Violet, Donna, Judy and Barbara.
Ronnie was a founding member of the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Department where he served faithfully; a member of the former Adair Search and Rescue and attended Knifley Christian Church and was a transporter for Adanta.
Survivors include one son, Lee Brandenburg of Knifley; one daughter, Jennifer Owens of Knifley; two brothers, Larry Brandenburg (Brenda) and Ricky Brandenburg, both of Ohio; one grandchild, Cassie Richard of Knifley; one special aunt, Gertrude Tedder of Knifley; several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services are Saturday, August 3, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with burial in Haven Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be after 9 a.m. on Saturday.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
