Sheila Faye Morgan, 65, of Columbia, transitioned from this life to her eternal life with Jesus on Tuesday, April 22, 2025 at 1:08 p.m. at TJ Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow, after she fought a brave battle with cancer.
She was born May 12, 1959 in Columbia. She was preceded in death by her parents, Gene and Betty Bernard Rogers; a brother, Ricky Burton; and her maternal grandparents, Alva and Losure Bernard.
Survivors include her husband of 45 years, Marvin Morgan of Columbia; three children, Kellie (Roi) Radford of Columbia, Eric (Scottie) Morgan of Kodak, Tenn. and Tiffany (Jeff) Caldwell of Columbia; two sisters, Sherry Rogers of Columbia and Pandra Burton of Covington; one brother, Spencer Burton of Columbia; nine grandchildren, Logan, T.J., Nick, Christian, Bryson, Brianna, Lucas, Paisley and Brian; and three great-grandchildren, Grayson, Asher and Delilah.
She was a long time member of Carrying the Torch Ministries and retired from WalMart.
Sheila was so loved by everyone who knew her. She was known for her love for God, her family, her kindness and her beautiful smile.
Funeral services were held Friday, April 25, 2025 at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Pastor Glenn McInteer officiating and burial in Beulah Chapel Cemetery.
Casket bearers were Logan Robertson, Tyler Radford, Christian Radford, Nick Radford, Bryson Morgan and Timmy Morgan. Honorary casket bearers were Johnny Morgan, Josh Akin and Nathan Akin.
