Treats on the Town will take place Halloween night October 31, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
During this time, the Public Square will be shut down and traffic will be diverted. The Columbia Police Department asks motorists to plan accordingly as well as use caution throughout the evening within Columbia and Adair, being mindful of foot traffic and vehicles stopping and going for trick or treaters.
