Vince Allen Grider, 66, of Columbia, passed away Tuesday, September 24, 2024 at his residence. He was born in Columbia on June 1, 1958 to the late Calvin Eugene Grider and Joyce York Eiseman. He was also preceded in death by a sister, Tandy Rodgers.
Mr. Grider was of the Christian faith and a car enthusiast. He was a former employee fo Don Franklin Auto and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include five siblings, Sherry Luttrell of Russell Springs, Lisa Karnes of Greensburg, Kenny Grider of Martinsburg, West Virginia, Lance Grider of Columbia, Bryan Karnes (Belinda) of Danville and Jeff Thomas (Lisa) of Columbia; several nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Thursday, September 26, 2024 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Bobby Withers officiating and burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
