William Mark Bell, 61, of Greensburg, son of Margie Marie DeSpain Towles of Greensburg and the late William Gilbert ‘Bill’ Bell, was born on Thursday, September 20, 1962 in Indianapolis and departed this life Sunday, July 28, 2024 in Greensburg.
He worked at Goffs Mobile Home for several years. He was an avid outdoorsman, who loved fishing and hunting. He also served in the United States Army.
Survivors include a daughter, Delsie Mae Bell and her fiancé, Dallas Nathaniel Carroll both of Mt. Sherman; Mr. Bell’s fiancé, Carrie Wyatt of Hodgenville; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Seretta and Jerry Parnell of Columbia and Renetta Underwood of Buffalo; two brothers and sisters-in-law, John and Janice McMahan of California, Curt Douglas and Veronica Bell of Mt. Sherman; a special cousin, Mark Bernard of Taylor County.
Mr. Bell was also preceded in death by a brother, William Mike Bell; and a sister, Revonnia Sue Atwell.
Honoring his wishes, cremation was chosen. There were no funeral services and the family has requested that expressions of sympathy take the form of a donation to the family burial fund.
Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
