Tabatha Furkin, 39, of Columbia, passed away Saturday, Oct. 22, 2016 at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital after a short illness.
She was born on Oct. 21, 1977 in Louisville and was the daughter of the late Darrell Furkin. She was also preceded in death by a brother, Darren Furkin, in 2013.
She is survived by her mother, Peggy Loy Furkin of Columbia; special aunts, LuAnne Janes and Edith Furkin Ogle, both of Columbia; several aunts and uncles, Raymond and Brenda Loy, Harold and Dorothy Loy, Freddy Loy and Betty Murphy, all of Columbia; cousins, Steven Furkin and Brad and Jennifer West of Columbia; TR friends, Patty Dial and Connie Coyle of Columbia. A host of other relatives and friends also survive.
Tabatha attended Amazing Grace Church.
Funeral service was Tuesday, Oct. 25 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Parnell officiating and interment in Harvey Cemetery in Sparksville.
Pallbearers were Billy Todd Furkin, Nick Janes, Chris Helm, Danny Tarter, Brad West and Kevin Wray.
