TERRY AKIN age 58 years of Columbia, KY passed away Thursday afternoon June 6, 2013 at 5:22 PM at his home after several weeks illness.
He was born February 13, 1955 in Columbia, KY
Terry was a member of the Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church and had recently retired as Director of the Adair County Ambulance Service, he was employed by the Adair Co. Ambulance Service for 37 years and had served the community in many other capacities.
He was the son of the late Jesse Akin

Survived by his wife: Luanna Keltner Akin of Columbia, KY
Two daughters: Stephanie Akin and Laura Akin both of Columbia, KY
One brother: Todd Akin of Columbia, KY
Two sisters: Vickie Akin Day of Campbellsville, KY
Tammy Akin Sparks of Columbia, KY
Mother in law: Anita Keltner of Columbia, KY
Also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins and a host of friends
