Terry Coffey, 70, of Glensfork, Kentucky, died Tuesday, June 30, at 8:02 P.M. at T.J. Samson Community Hospital in Glasgow.
He was born April 4, 1950, in Adair County, to the late Thomas and Pauline Stone Coffey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Coffey and his twin sister at birth.

Terry requested no visitation or funeral service and to be buried in Pleasant Ridge Cemetery
