Michaela Elizabeth Walker is Adair County’s 2017 Distinguished Young Woman. Walker competed as part of the Green County Distinguished Young Woman program Saturday evening at Green County Middle School.
Walker will represent Adair County at the state level later this year to compete for Kentucky’s Distinguished Young Woman. The program is centered around excellence in academics, community service, and leadership. Participants in the prestigious program receive scholarship and many other educational opportunities. Congratulations Michaela!
