Zina H. Burton, 88, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Tuesday, February 25, 2020 at his home.
He was born January 14, 1932, in Adair County, to the late Alvin and Nona Burton, a former businessman owning Burton Lime Service, a farmer and attended Bearwallow United Methodist Church as long his health permitted. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Regina Davidson Burton on January 27, 2013 and the following siblings, Lloyd, Edgar, Lawrence, Earl, Leonard and James Burton, Cecile McKinney and Marie Pyles.
Survivors include:
Four sisters-in-law – Anna Burton of Columbia, Louine Sinclair of Campbellsville, Arthia Jones of Fishers, Indiana, Kay Davidson of Lisle, Illinois
One brother-in-law – Billy Davidson of Indianapolis, Indiana
Special caregiver – Julie Stephens of Columbia
Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
Funeral service – Saturday, February 29, 2020 at 1:00 P.M.at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Jordan Abell and Bro. Wes Irvin officiating
Burial in Bearwallow Cemetery
Visitation after 4:00 P.M. Friday
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Bearwallow Cemetery Fund would be appreciated and can be left at the funeral home
