The Adair County Middle School Cheer team held their banquet last Thursday. The 2024-2025 team consisted of 19 cheerleaders from grades 5-8 coached by Sydney Slaven and Lexi Gist.
The four 8th grade members were recognized and given a plaque and gift. There were also three awards presented. The Marcia Cook award, which honors the late Marcia Cook who was a middle school cheerleading coach for many years, was presented to Millie Chumbley. The 110% award went to Jenna Speer and the Most Improved award to Mackenzie Miller.
