The Big Red Marching Band from WKU was invited to not only march but lead the London New Year’s Day Parade in London, England bringing in 2025!
Officials from the parade confirm that the Big Red Marching Band is the largest band to ever perform in the parade, with 270 members marching. Among them is an Adair County resident and alumni of the Adair County Marching Band, Emily Bivens. Emily is a Junior at WKU and is in the Color Guard of the Big Red Marching Band.
