Charles Edward Handy, 73, of Columbia, Kentucky, died Friday, November 8, 2024 at 1:32 A.M. at Hildegard Hospice House in Louisville.
He was born July 4, 1951, in Adair County, to the late Herbert and Edna Bernard Handy. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, Bernie Handy and three sisters, Shirley Vincent, Charlotte Handy and Shelia Mae Handy.
Charlie was a member of the Church of Christ, formerly worked at Sandusky Sales and was a self-employed businessman.
Survivors include:
Three brothers – Stevie Handy of Columbia, Richie Handy of Campbellsville, Greg Handy of Columbia
Three sisters – Carol Wolford of Shepherdsville, Wanda George and Georgia McLean both of Columbia
Several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends
Funeral service – Monday, November 11, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home
