Charles Walton “Chuck” Rogers, 73, of Columbia died Tuesday, February 24, 2026 at Summit Manor Nursing Home. He was born on April 10, 1952 in Louisville to the late Cantrill and Catherine White Rogers.
Chuck was a member of Columbia Church of Christ, former owner and operator of Johnson Candy Company, where he was known as “The Candy Man”, and enjoyed fishing.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Johnson Rogers of Columbia; two daughters, Tera McQueary of Columbia and Julie Bell (Chad) of Columbia; two granddaughters, Hayley McQueary and Mylee Bell both of Columbia; one brother, Rick Rogers (Suzanne) of Columbia; one sister, Karla Stone (Lenny) of Columbia and several other relatives and friends.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 27, 2026 at Columbia Church of Christ. Dean Roach officiated. Burial in Haven Hill Cemetery.
