The City of Columbia is excited to announce additional new items to the Christmas decorations for our community.
“We have new decorations on the square,” said Mayor Pam Hoots. “We hope that people will enjoy [them] as they shop local for the holidays.”
Citizens Park on Burkesville Street and Veterans Park on S. Highway 55 will be decorated. The city will schedule caroling at that location on Friday and Saturday evenings during December. If your church or organization would like to participate, contact the mayor’s office at 270-384-6183.
The drive through lights returns at the Little League Park on Doc Walker Road.
The lights will be on at all locations by Friday, Nov. 28.
“We hope that you enjoy these lights and have a wonderful Christmas,” said Mayor Hoots.
