Dallas Hadley, 83, of Columbia, passed away Monday, February 2, 2026, at Summit Manor Nursing Home. He was born in Adair County on January 17, 1943, to the late William and Nona Lawhorn Hadley.
Mr. Hadley enjoyed farming, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family, friends and dogs, “Gypsy Rose and Monkey.”
Survivors include his wife, Julie Spoon Hadley of Columbia; four siblings, Bro. Elbert Hadley (Edith), Wanda Helm, Carnell Hadley (Debbie) and Joyce Fair all of Columbia; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Bro. Ralph Hadley and his wife Bobbie Hadley; and two brothers-in-law, Roy “Bud” Helm and Ed Corbin.
Funeral services were held Friday, February 6, 2026 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home. Burial in the McClister Cemetery.
Bro. Pat Smith and Bro. Elbert Hadley officiated. Pallbearers were Jeff Hadley, Billy Hadley, Anthony Hadley, Carnell Hadley, Matt Hadley and Mark Spoon.
