David Lee Cooper, 58, of Columbia, KY died Wednesday, October 2, 2024 at the University of Louisville Hospital. He was born December 8, 1965 in Columbia, KY, a son of the late Gary Cooper and Faye Kelsay (who survives).
Survivors include his wife, Marilyn Benedict Cooper of Hopkinsville; his mother and step-father, Faye Kelsay & J.D. Janes of Columbia; one sister, Pam (Danny) Hill of Edmonton; one brother, Greg Cooper of Columbia; and his fur baby & best friend, Harley.
Funeral services were Saturday at Grissom-Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Randy Parnell officiating and burial in Loy Family Cemetery at Fairplay.
Grissom-Martin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
