David Lee Hunter age 80, of Hendersonville went to his Heavenly home on Tuesday, February 4, 2025. David was born on December 1, 1944 in Gradyville to the late Johnston and Belle Hunter.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his infant son, Barry Lee Hunter; brothers, Josiah Hunter and James “Tink” Hunter; and sister, Juanita Cundiff.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Carol Sue Hunter; son, David Cameron Hunter; daughter, Jamie (Jason) Cline; grandchildren, Kinley Cline and Ty Cline.
Funeral services were held on Thursday, February 6th at the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home in Hendersonville. Interment with military honors was on Friday, February 7 at Union Cemetery in Columbia.
