Mayor Pamela Hoots announced Tuesday that Arby's restaurant will open a new location on Dohoney Trace, in the former Kentucky Fried Chicken building.
“We are excited about Arby’s being in Columbia, and the partnership that they will have with our community and the continued growth in our town,” said Mayor Hoots. “We welcome Manish Malhotra and are looking forward to him becoming a part of Columbia.”
Arby’s restaurants have over 3000 locations worldwide. Their brand’s purpose is inspiring Smiles Through Delightful Experiences. Arby’s has several noteworthy sides including their curly fries, potato cakes, and mozzarella sticks. They are known for their roast beef sandwiches
Arby’s Restaurant Group, Inc. is the franchise for the Arby’s brand and is a part of the Inspire Brand, headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia. It was founded in 1964.
The owner, Manish Malhotra, of the local Arby’s will be doing renovations to the existing structure to accommodate the new restaurant.
