Lleslie Lynne Wilson, 58, of Columbia passed away Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at the Shanti Niketan Hospice Home in Glasgow. She was born in Columbia on October 24, 1966 to Bobby Wilson and Barbara Fudge Rinke.
Ms. Wilson was a member of Asbury Church and a 1984 graduate of Adair County High School and later graduated from Lindsey Wilson College. Lleslie valued relationships above anything else and created various family units in all aspects of life: biological family, church family, work family, friend family and on and on. Lleslie’s faith in God and her dedication to her home church family at Asbury and serving on multiple committees and capacities was a huge part of her life. She especially loved traveling to the beach and all over the country.  She was an avid University of Kentucky sports fan and one of the sweetest angels to ever walk the earth. Lleslie touched so many lives with her heart and smile.
Lleslie fought for years with unwavering grace, faith, positivity, and dignity. Every battle she faced she would say God is using me to give my testimony for others going through a cancer battle. To know Lleslie was to love her.
Survivors include her parents, Barbara Fudge Rinke of Pensacola Beach, Fla. and Bobby Wilson (Shirlyn) of Russell Springs; a sister and brother, Teri Freiwald (Dave) and Robert Rinke (Abby) both of Pensacola Beach, Fla.; nieces and nephews Lauren Meeks (Bobby), Lane Freiwald (Casie), Amanda Pinkerton (Seth), Rhys Phillip Rinke (Mackenzie), and Bailey Rokacz (David); great nieces and nephews Haley, and Robert, Kash, Kylie, Emma Rhys, Ryann, Rowan; first cousins Teresa Scott (Steve) and Jennifer Fudge (Ken Massey); second cousins Marci, Megan, Bryson, Zion, Kade and other special cousins; three special best friends, Missy Garmon, Karen Roark, and Mary Gilliam; and a host of other close great friends.
Lleslie was preceded in death by her stepfather, Phillip Albert Rinke, and her beloved fur baby, Bella, uncle Carlos Fudge, cousins Lisa Fudge, Ricky Fudge and Mike Fudge.
