Nan B. Fudge

Nan B. Fudge, 84, of Columbia passed away Saturday, June 7, 2025 at her residence. She was born in Oneida on September 28, 1940 and grew up in Mistletoe, one of 13 children to the late Dewey and Flarence Couch. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her twelve siblings.
Mrs. Fudge was a member of her childhood church and more recently attended Shiloh Christian Church. She was a member of the Argo-Summit Eastern Star and was formerly active for over 20 years with the Adair County Food Pantry. She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and gathering with her family and friends.
Survivors include her daughter, Michelle Fruth of Glensfork; two grandchildren, Austin and Aspen Fruth both of Glensfork; a sister-in-law, Joann Trumpis of Columbia; and several nieces, nephews, friends, and other relatives.
Funeral services were held Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home with burial in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
Rev. Douglas Hawkins and Bro. Randy Young officiated, and pallbearers were Austin Fruth, Levis Keltner, Larry White, Anthony Koenig, Wayne Toney, and Mark Klingberg. Honorary pallbearer was Glen Burton.
